ძვირფასო ამირან,
დიდი პაუზის შემდეგ ნამდვილად გმადლობთ თქვენი წერილისთვის.
თქვენი აღმოჩენები საინტერესოა და უნდა გაზარდოს ინტერესი ეგრეთ წოდებულ დასავლურ სამყაროში. მაგრამ, როგორც მოსკოვის რეაქციიდან ხედავთ, იქ ბიჭები დიდად არ განსხვავდებიან. როდესაც თქვენ თავს ესხმით ენერგიის გარდაქმნის კაპიტალისტური სტრუქტურების დომენს, თქვენ ეტაკებით ბეტონს. მათ არ სურთ უარი თქვან იმაზე, რაც მათ ყველაზე მდიდრებად აქცევს.
უფრო მეტიც, ეგრეთ წოდებული თანასწორთა ჯგუფის თანხმობა ახალი აღმოჩენებისა და თეორიების შესახებ, კეტავს კარს ყველასთვის, ვინც გადაუხვევს მათ მიერ შედგენილი აზროვნების გზებს.
აწ უკვე გარდაცვლილმა პოლონური წარმოშობის ებრაელმა მედიცინის მკვლევარმა, ლუდვიკ ფლეკმა აღწერა ეს უბედური სიტუაცია თავის წიგნში “მეცნიერული ფაქტის გაჩენა და განვითარება”(1932, გერმანია), რომელიც მოგვითხრობს თანამედროვე აზროვნების სტილისა და კოლექტიური აზროვნების წესების შესახებ, რომელიც უნდა დაიცვას “ლიცენზირებული მეცნიერების” ყველა მონაწილემ. ეს წიგნი დღემდე ბევრ გამოცემაში გამოიცა, მაგრამ არავინ შენიშნა…(!)
რაც შეეხება კლიმატის სცენარს, ბოლო წლებში ძალიან დავინტერესდი და მივიღე ახალი ინფორმაცია.
ყურადღება მიაქციეთ შემდეგს:
- კლიმატის ცვლილება კავშირშია მზის რადიაციასთან და არა ტექნიკური წვის საშუალებებში CO2-ის წარმოქმნასთან. დედამიწის ისტორიაში კლიმატის მრავალი ცვლილება მოხდა ტექნიკური წვის გარეშე.
- IPCC-ის (გაეროს კლიმატის საბჭოს) გამოთვლები ძირითადად თეორიულია და არ აკმაყოფილებს სამეცნიერო (ექსპერიმენტული) სამუშაოების მოთხოვნებს. მათი მათემატიკური მოდელირებით არაფრის მტკიცებულება არ არსებობს.
- CO2 არის მცენარეებისთვის სასარგებლო გაზი და მან აამაღლა მცენარეულობის ზრდა ბოლო 150 წლის განმავლობაში.
- CO2 არის ნახშირბადის დიდი წრებრუნვის ნაწილი მიწის ფენასა და ატმოსფეროს შორის, რომელიც ინარჩუნებს ორგანულ სიცოცხლეს.
- წვა, დაჟანგვა, სუნთქვა – ბუნებრივი პროცედურებია და ნედლი ნავთობი და გაზი (მეთანი) არ არის შეზღუდული, იგი მუდმივად იწარმოება დედამიწის ქერქში.
- (აუცილებელი) სათბურის ეფექტს იწვევს ატმოსფეროში არსებული წყალი და წყლის ორთქლი (ღრუბლები) და არა ტრასის გაზები, როგორიცაა CO2, კეთილშობილი აირები და სხვა.
- ქარის ტურბინები ატმოსფეროდან ენერგიის აღებით ანადგურებენ ბუნებრივ კლიმატს (ნალექი, კონდენსაციის პროცედურები). ენერგიის ნაკლებობა იწვევს ქარის დაკარგვას. ეს ყველაფერი უკვალოდ არ ქრება…
- ფოტოვოლტური ფირფიტები დამატებით ათბობენ ატმოსფეროს.
ასე რომ – მთელი ეს ეგრეთ წოდებული ენერგიის პროგრესული გარდაქმნა (ე.წ. “განახლებადი წყაროები”) არის გზა ჩიხისაკენ. მაგრამ ეს არის ფულის გამომუშავების მანქანა მსხვილი ბიზნესისთვის (ტურბინები, PV ფირფიტები, საიზოლაციო მასალები,…). უფრო მეტიც, ჩვეულებრივი ენერგიის გარდაქმნა წიაღისეული საწვავებით კვებავს დიდ ინდუსტრიას.
თუკი თქვენ ამ დიდი ფულის ინტერესებისკენ მიისწრაფვით, ვერაფერს მიაღწევთ. არგუმენტაცია, სამწუხაროდ, არ არის საკმარისი იმისათვის, რომ კარი გაეღოს რეალურ პროგრესს.
წერილებს რომ წერთ არც კი გპასუხობენ. ისინი ტოვებენ შთაბეჭდილებას რელიგიური წინამძღოლებისა, არავის აქვს უფლება მათში შეიტანოს ეჭვი.
ერთადერთი გზა თქვენთვის შეიძლება იყოს დაინტერესებული ინვესტორის პოვნა, რომელიც საკმარისად ძლიერია თავისი დიდი კონკურენტების წინააღმდეგ საბრძოლველად. ამ ინვესტორმა თავად უნდა მოაწყოს კონფერენცია, სადაც ყველა შენი კალიბრის მეცნიერმა უნდა მიიღოს მონაწილეობა, ამირან.
დაივიწყეთ სამთავრობო უწყებებისა და ინსტიტუტების მიმართვა, ისინი ყველა დიდი კარტელის ნაწილია.
უკაცრავად, მაგრამ უკეთესი გზა თქვენთვის არ არსებობს.
მე ვუგზავნი ამ წერილს ჩემს მეგობარს ვოლფგანგ გესენს (ბიზნესმენს), რომელიც გონებაგახსნილია და გეგმავს დამოუკიდებელი კვლევითი ცენტრის შექმნას. მან იცის თქვენი მუშაობის შესახებ კარნოს თეორიისა და თერმოდინამიკის კანონების კითხვის ნიშნის ქვეშ დაყენების შესახებ (ის რაც გააკეთა მე-19 საუკუნეში მედიცინის ექიმმა!).
სახელოვანი ვიქტორ შაუბერგერი ისევ ცოცხალია (!). მისი აზროვნება კი უფრო შორს მიდის.

Dear Amiran,
thanks for your letter after a longer pause indeed.
Your findings are interesting and should raise interest in the so-called westerly world. But as you see from the reaction in Moscow the boys there don’t differ a lot. When you attack the domain of capitalistic structures of converting energy you always will hit on concrete. They don’t want to give up what’s made them to the richest of the rich.
Moreover so-called peer group confirmation of new findings and theories lock the door for everyone who deviates their mapped out paths of thinking. The late jewish medicine researcher of Poland, Ludwik Fleck has described this unhappy situation in his book (1932, german) “Emergence and development of a scientific fact” telling about thinking style and thinking collective which all participants of “licensed science” have to submit themselves. This book has been puiblished until today in many editions but nobody took notice…(!)
What you tell about the climate scenario I’ve occupied myself a lot in the last years and got new information.
Pay attention to the follwing:
1. climate change is a matter of solar radiation, not of producing CO2 in technical combustion devives. There have been many changes of climate in the earth history without technical combustion.
2. Calculations of the IPCC (climate board of the UN) are all theoretical and don’t fufill the demands of scientific (experimental) work. There’s no proof of anything by this mathematical modelling.
2. CO2 is a useful gas for plants and has increased the growth of vegetation for the last 150 years.
3. CO2 is part of the great carbon circles between surface and atmopshere keeping up organic life.
4. Combustion is oxidation, breathing is oxidation – all the same and natural procedures. And crude oil and gas (methan) are not limited, but being produced continously in the earth crust.
5. The (necessary) greenhouse effect is caused by water and water vapor in the atmosphere (clouds), not by track gases like CO2, noble gases and others.
6. Wind turbines destroy the natural climate (precipitation, condensing procedures) by taking energy from the atmosphere. Lack of energy leads to loss of wind. This is all not for free…
7. Photo voltaic plates heat up the atmopshere additionally.
So – all this so-called progressive energy conversion (called the “renewables”) is a path into a dead end. But it’s a money making machine for the big business (turbines, PV plates, insulation materials,…) Moreover the conventional energy conversion by fossil fuels feeds a big industry, too. If you aim to these big money interests you never will achieve anything. Argumentation is unfortunately no door opener for real progress. They even don’t answer you if you write letters. They make the impression of religious leaders nobody has the right to put doubts about.

The only way for you could be to find an interested investor who’s strong enough to fight against his big competitors. This investor should organize a conference by himself where all those of your calibre should participate, Amiran. Forget about addressing governmental agencies and institutions, they are all part of a big cartel.

I forward this letter to my friend Wolfgang Gesen (businessman) who’s open-minded and planning for an independent research center. He knows about your work of questioning the Carnot theory and the laws of thermodynamic (made by a medicine doctor in the 19th century!). The famous Viktor Schauberger is not dead (!).
